Peter Lyle, Esq.

Peter’s primary practice involves representing landowners in a variety of oil and gas related issues. His practice focuses on landowner representation. This includes obtaining favorable terms in oil and gas leases, oil and gas sales and right-of-way and easement contracts. Peter is also experienced in litigation matters and has successfully represented landowners in Quiet Title Actions and other property related actions, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Peter also provides representation for clients in the firm’s estate planning and probate practice. Peter is committed to providing reasonably priced services to the community to ensure a smooth transition of assets to your loved ones.

Peter’s practice also includes small business representation. Peter helps clients start their business – this process includes setting up the appropriate legal entity for your business and consulting with issues that arise while operating your business.

Peter is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. He also received an undergraduate degree in history from Duquesne University. He now lives in Cranberry Township with a growing family. Our firm recently relocated to Cranberry Township, and Peter is thrilled to practice locally for his neighbors and friends.

Peter is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United Stated Federal Court- Western Pennsylvania District.
